SIGNING CEREMONY OF INVESTMENT COOPERATION ON THE PROJECT “FUGUANG ELECTRONICS TECHNOLOGY VIETNAM”

On April 24, 2023, the signing ceremony of the agreement on investment cooperation to implement the project "Fuguang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. Vietnam" between Hop Luc Plating Technology Joint Stock Company (HL Platek) and Jiashan Fuguang Electronic Technology Joint Stock Company (Fuguang China) took place successfully.
HL Platek and Fuguang China have agreed on establishing "Vietnam Fuguang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd" to process plating for industries and sectors related to electricals, electronics, mechanics, and automobiles, ... for both domestic consumption and export purpose.
Mr. Le Anh Dung - General Director, the representative of Hop Luc Plating Technology Joint Stock Company, is one of the BODs attending the signing ceremony at the Factory of Hop Luc Plating Technology Joint Stock Company in Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Hung Yen Province, along with the participation of other members of the leadership of Hop Luc ecosystem: Mr. Tran Ngoc Tan - General Director of Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Vice General Director of Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company, Mr. Tran Nguyen Phuc - Director of Hop Luc Electromechanical Joint Stock Company, Mr. Le Quang Anh - Director of HL Windows Joint Stock Company.
On the Jiashan Fuguang side, Mr. Li CunYing - Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director of the company, attended the ceremony as the representative of China Jiashan Fuguang Electronic Technology Joint Stock Company, along with the participation of his associates.
At the meeting, the representatives of both sides expressed their enthusiasm and positive views toward the cooperation agreement, which marked the beginning of a long-term cooperation to strengthen the competitive advantages of both sides in providing services for electroplating, electronics, and mechanics industries while meeting the ever-increasing demand in Vietnam. This agreement also acts as a bridge to boost the friendship and cooperation between the companies and the two countries.
May the cooperation between HL Platek and Fuguang China and project " Fuguang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd Vietnam" prosper and flourish in future years.
