HOP LUC ANNOUNCES ITS CONSTRUCTION CAPABILITY FOR GRADE I CIVIL WORKS

Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company hereby announces its capability to undertake Grade I civil construction works based on its actual resources, project implementation experience, and completed projects in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
In the context of the transition of the construction capability management system toward a self-disclosure and self-accountability mechanism for enterprises, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company publishes this capability statement to ensure transparency of information and facilitate verification by authorities, organizations, project owners, and relevant partners.

Staff Housing Complex – Vung Ang II Thermal Power Plant Project (Ha Tinh)
This Grade II civil work was constructed to serve the Vung Ang II Thermal Power Plant Project (installed capacity: 1,200 MW) and has obtained approval of completion acceptance from the Ha Tinh Economic Zone Management Board in accordance with regulations.
F4 Workers’ Dormitory Building – Luxshare ICT Project (Nghe An)
The project comprises a 10-storey building and one technical attic floor, with a total gross floor area exceeding 23,600 m². The project has obtained approval of completion acceptance and has been officially commissioned for operation by the Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone Management Board.
F5, F6 Building – Luxshare ICT Project (Nghe An)
These Grade II civil works under the project have been accepted and approved by the competent construction authorities in accordance with current regulations.
Based on:
- Experience in executing and completing civil construction projects that have been accepted in accordance with applicable regulations;
- Hop Luc’s construction management capability, occupational health and safety management system, environmental management practices, quality management system, and practical project execution capacity.
Based on the foregoing, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company hereby officially declares that Hop Luc satisfies the requirements and conditions prescribed under Vietnamese law for undertaking Grade I civil construction works.
This capability declaration is made in accordance with the principles of disclosure, transparency, and accuracy. Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the information disclosed herein and is prepared to provide supporting documents and relevant records upon request by competent authorities or project owners.
