On the morning of November 24, 2023, in Xuan Hoa commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh province, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company and the Investor - Song Hong Garment Joint Stock Company solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony. Song Hong - Xuan Truong II Factory with more than 12,000 people.
The ceremony was honored to have the presence of representatives of Provincial leaders, agencies and sectors along with representatives of investors, contractors, partners and customers.

Song Hong - Xuan Truong II factory project was built in Xuan Hoa commune, Xuan Truong district, Nam Dinh province with a construction floor area of 70,920 m2 including 3 production workshops, 1 warehouse combined with a cutting workshop, 1 office building, 1 restaurant, and other infrastructure works.
