HOPLUC ORGANIZES GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY OF TAN VIET METAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY FACTORY PROJECT

On the morning of May 19, 2023, HopLuc Construction Joint Stock Company officially launched the Tan Viet Metal Science And Technology Factory project, invested by TAN VIET MT CO., LTD, in the WHA Industrial Zone, Nghe An. The groundbreaking ceremony for the project is significant as it coincides with the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
It is an honor for the program to have participation from leaders at all levels, including the heads of the central government, the provincial government of Nghe An, departments, agencies, and nearly 200 delegates and distinguished guests.
The Tan Viet Metal Science And Technology Factory project is invested in the WHA Industrial Zone, Nghe An, by TAN VIET MT CO., LTD, with an area of 12.6 hectares. This project, with a 125 million USD investment in total, focuses on producing premium, precise cold-rolled steel and employs about 300 skilled workers. The project is divided into three components. The project's first component is anticipated to start operating in the fourth quarter of 2023, and its second and third components will be finished by the third quarter of 2026.
HopLuc was once again given the investor's trust to be the general contractor for the Tan Viet Metal Science And Technology Factory project after completing countless construction projects in the hometown of President Ho Chi Minh.
"Thanks to the support and facilitation of the local government, efforts from the investor, and dedicated cooperation from the construction partner, the Tan Viet Metal Science And Technology Factory project can soon go into operation... We believe that this is one of the projects that contribute to economic stability and job creation, improve living standards and income for the locals, and creates a premise for development according to the sustainable and reasonable growth model of Nghe An province and the region," Mr. Le Anh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of HopLuc Construction Joint Stock Company, said during his remarks at the ceremony. In Vietnam, this is the second project TAN VIET MT CO., LTD invested in. The first project, with a land area of about 9.2 ha and a total investment capital of 132.5 million USD, went into operation in March 2022 in Long Giang Industrial Park, Tien Giang Province.
In response to the expectations of the Investor, HopLuc is committed to implementing the project in accordance with the regulations, ensuring quality, labor safety, and the predetermined schedule.
