HIGHLIGHTS PROJECT IN JUNE – FACTORY KYUNGSHIN NGHE AN COMPANY LIMITED & SLP NAM SON PARK – HAP LINH

  In June 2022, Hop Luc successfully organized the Ground Breaking Ceremony and Groundbreaking Ceremony for two new large-scale projects (KYUNGSHIN ANH AN & SLP PARK NAM SON COMPANY LIMITED FACTORY - HAPPY), placing a new milestone on the development path of Hop Luc.

KYUNGSHIN TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD FACTORY

On the afternoon of June 15, 2022, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company cooperated with Kyungshin Nghe An Co., Ltd. to hold the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Kyungshin Nghe An Co., Ltd. Factory project. Kyungshin Nghe An Co., Ltd. Factory Project will be built in WHA Nghe An industrial park with an area of 49,900 m2. The investor of the project is Kyungshin Vietnam Co., Ltd., with a total investment capital of 21 million USD. Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company plays the role of General Contractor of Design & Construction.

SLP PARK NAM SON - HAPPY

  Then, on June 23, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company cooperated with SLP Park Nam Son Hap Linh Company to hold the groundbreaking ceremony of SLP Park Nam Son Hap Linh project in Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh province. In this project, Hop Luc assumes the role of the Main Contractor.

• Land area: 147,234m2
• Floor area: 29,125 m2
• Scope of work: Main contractor

The project has an area of 147,234 square meters. Once completed, the modern warehouse project SLP Park Nam Son Hap Linh is expected to provide more than 90,000m2 of floor space for rent in Bac Ninh province and the expanded Hanoi area.
