Job description

• Stock in and stock out in accordance with documents and the company’s process. Cross-check the quantity between in-put goods and documents, between actual out-put goods and norm.
• Preserve and protecting goods from damage or loss.
• Making daily report of input – output – inventory, record all transactions arising when having input – output goods. Make sure data is updated promptly, accurately and true to the actual inventory.
• Making weekly Report in inventory data to the site manager, and other reports when required from managers.
• Making loan slip for Tools (CCDC), monitoring and being responsible for reminding the CCDC repayment when the job is completed.
• Sorting and classifying goods in the right position in the warehouse, following the principle: first in, first out.

Job requirements

• Male
• Graduated from intermediate level upwards.
• 01-year experience in warehouse position.
• Proficient in using Ms Office, having ability to prepare reports.
• Honest, diligent, careful, healthy, active at work.
• Ability to work independently and work in team.
• Working at construction site.
