Job description

• Exchange and provide consultancy to reach agreements with customers on design ideas for electrical, extra-low voltage, and electrical control systems;
• Research and build plans, estimate costs for projects and designs;
• Design and implementation of electrical, extra-low voltage, and electrical control systems;
• Allocate and control the design work of employees in the department;
• Take joint responsibility for mistakes of subordinates including and not limited to documents, records, data, reports, progress, quality, principles – management mechanism, Company labor regulation content;
• Formulate staff training and guideline documentation for the department;
• Participate in developing processes, adopting and continuously improving the Quality Management System ISO 9001: 2008 at the company;

Job requirements

• Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Electrical – Electronics at the University of Science and Technology, Industrial University, Military Technology Academy, etc.
• At least 03 years of experience in the same position;
• Have a general understanding of M&E engineering systems;
• Knowledgeable about drawings and quantities of electrical, extra-low voltage, and electrical control sections and the electrical equipment market;
• Have an electrical design certificate;
• Language skills: English or Chinese.
• Proficiency in Autocad design software, electrical specialized software
• Proficient office technology skills, including Word, Excel, Project, among others;
• Careful, honest, and enthusiastic at work;
• Be willing to go on business trips, and be able to work under pressure;
• Have good interpersonal skills;
• Having experience participating in design for projects under the 3D, BIM model is an advantage.
