HW ENERGY FACTORY PROJECT OFFICIALLY TOPPED OUT

On October 28, at the Deep C2B Industrial and Maritime Service Park in the Dinh Vu – Cat Hai Economic Zone, Hai An District, Hai Phong City, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the investor HW International Investment Holdings, successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the HW ENERGY Factory Project.
The project scale is approximately 55,000 square meters, with an investment of over 1,000 billion VND (nearly 50 million USD). It will produce alkaline and zinc-carbon batteries. Expected to operate from the first quarter of 2025, the project will create jobs for nearly 500 workers and play a significant role in the economic development and budget increase for Hai Phong City.
The ceremony was attended by senior leaders from the project investor HW International Investment Holdings, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company – the general contractor, and the project management team and staff directly involved.
In a solemn atmosphere, Mr. Le Anh Dung, Deputy Chairman of Hop Luc Construction JSC, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the HW Energy investors for their ongoing trust. Due to extensive management experience, Hop Luc believes in confidentially and responsibly completing the project smoothly alongside the investor.
