ORIENTATION TRAINING AT SONG HONG GARMENT FACTORY – XUAN TRUONG II PROJECT & HW ENERGY FACTORY
Orientation training is the first step in the journey of connecting, building a team of competent employees who are enthusiastic about the overall success of the business. At the same time, we create sustainable values with MIND – HEART – POWER, bringing customers superior products and being an organization that always shares social responsibility for the community.
Following the orientation training activities during 2024, the Human Resources Administration Department of Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company had a direct orientation training session in Hai Phong and Nam Dinh for employees working at 2 projects: SONG HONG GARMENT FACTORY – XUAN TRUONG II and HW ENERGY FACTORY.
The core values, vision, and mission of the company are clearly conveyed. Remuneration policies and working tools are also guided by the training team in a meticulous and specific way. Employees can ask and answer their questions right in the session to be able to understand more deeply about the Company and share their wishes when working.
The improvement in this orientation this year is the coordination with the Internal Communication team. After the training on necessary information, the employees at the 2 projects had an exchange with the TTNB team before the end of the program.
Hearty laughter, enthusiastic applause sharing about upcoming activities such as bringing people together more, arousing employees’ excitement for internal company activities.
With the expansion of projects, Hop Luc is continuing to recruit new personnel across Vietnam’s provinces and cities.
