Job description

Job requirements

– Prepare bill of quantity and bids document.

– Prepare/ Monitor payment profile to submit to the Investor.

– Monitor payment profile of subcontractors.

– Monitor progress of projects.

– Have at least 2 years of experience in the equivalent position, priority to candidates with practical construction experience.

– Proficient use of specialized software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
