HOP LUC SUCCESSFULLY MARKS A NEW MILESTONE AT THE TOPPING-OUT CEREMONY FOR THE GOERTEK VINA SMART TECHNOLOGY FACTORY PHASE III PROJECT

On Sunday, December 15th 2024, at the Nam Son Hap Linh Industrial Park in Bac Ninh Province, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the investor Goertek Vina Smart Technology Co., Ltd., successfully held the Topping-Out Ceremony for the Goertek Vina Smart Technology Factory Phase III Project.
The project focuses on manufacturing electronic components and includes the construction of factories A1, A2, B1, B6, C6; parking structures A1-03, A1-05, C6-05, C5-04; infrastructure and other auxiliary facilities, with a total floor area of 321,552 square meters.
During the five months of expedited construction for Phase III, Hợp Lực maximized the deployment of manpower, materials, and machinery to meet the schedule set by the investor. The project management team conducted daily briefing meetings to promptly update progress and address issues. With the determination of the entire team, along with seamless coordination and close support from the investor, the final four zones of Factory A1 were poured within four days, and the entire Zone A, from foundation to topping-out, was completed in just 48 days.
At the ceremony, Mr. Lê Anh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company, shared: “Hop Luc expresses its deepest gratitude for the trust placed in us by the investor, Goertek Group. In a solemn atmosphere, senior representatives from Goertek Group, the investor, and Hop Luc, the contractor, jointly performed the topping-out ceremony and captured meaningful moments during the event. This marked a significant milestone in the project’s completion process while reaffirming the strategic and strong partnership between Goertek and Hop Luc, paving the way for future development opportunities.
