Founded in 2009, originating from the feild of conventional construction, Hop Luc has over more than 17 years development. With a sound strategy, a strong internal foundation and a spirit of innovation, Hop Luc has grown into one of Vietnam’s leading EPC general contractors in industrial construction. In additon, we have developed a multi-sector ecosystem comprising 6 companies operating in construction, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior finishing, construction materials, and supporting industries.

Over more than 200 successfully delivered projects, including many large-scale FDI developments, Hop Luc is proud to have contributed to the country’s industrialization and modernization. In 2024, the total consolidated output of the entire system exceeded USD 600 million, making a significant milestone that clearly demonstrates Hop Luc’s capability, credibility, and increasingly strong position in both domestic and international markets.

Recognizing the rapid growth of Vietnam’s industrial construction market, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company was officially established in 2009. This marked the company’s first step on its journey to conquer challenges, affirm its capabilities, and build long-term resilience.

A key milestone in the company’s development journey was its role as a subcontractor for the Samsung Electronics Vietnam project — a global brand known for its rigorous requirements in expertise, engineering, technology, and execution standards.

In 2014, Hop Luc successfully transitioned into a new role as a Design & Build Contractor. This marked a solid step forward in the company’s development, built upon its past achievements, growth potential, and the trust and support of major investors.

In 2016, Hop Luc achieved another significant milestone in strengthening its position and reputation when it was selected as the Design & Build Contractor for the Luxshare-ICT Vietnam Electronics Factory Project. As a large-scale project requiring high professional capability, extensive experience, and specialized technical expertise, it further reinforced Hop Luc’s footprint in the field of industrial construction.

Marking the first breakthrough milestone after 10 years of establishment, Hop Luc officially increased its charter capital to VND 300 billion. This laid a strong foundation for Hop Luc Plating Technology Joint Stock Company to rise and become one of the leading standard-compliant electroplating factories in Vietnam.

In 2020, Hop Luc continued its strong growth with the strategic establishment of Hop Luc Mechanical & Electrical Joint Stock Company, marking the beginning of its ecosystem development model.

The year 2021 marked a historic chapter for Hop Luc — a year of determination and persistent effort, as the company officially completed the increase of its charter capital to VND 500 billion.
In the same year, the Hop Luc ecosystem continued to expand with the addition of three member companies: Capplus Joint Stock Company, HL Windows Joint Stock Company, and Cap Hung Yen Joint Stock Company.

With strong collective unity and a readiness to overcome challenges, Hop Luc was honored to rank 173rd among the Top 500 Largest Private Enterprises in Vietnam and 299th among the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam.

In 2023, Hop Luc Construction Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital to VND 750 billion, while the consolidated output of its member companies reached VND 6,300 billion.
Hop Luc continued to earn strong trust from investors through a series of major projects with partners such as Luxshare, Goertek, BYD, Sunny, DBG, Song Hong, SLP, Cayi, COT, Tan Viet, Shandong Innovation, and others.
The company also continued to pursue new directions by successfully collaborating with Chinese partners in the fields of MEP, energy efficiency, and electroplating.

In 2024, driven by strong determination and the aspiration to reach new heights, the members of the Hop Luc ecosystem joined forces to achieve breakthrough progress, including:
- Consolidated output exceeding VND 15,000 billion
- 30 projects implemented, with a total construction floor area of up to 4 million m²
- Workforce scale surpassing 1,500 employees
- 26 million safe working hours achieved
- Four comprehensive solutions synchronized: construction, mechanical & electrical systems, interior finishing, and construction materials
These achievements not only demonstrate Hop Luc’s strong internal capabilities but also affirm its stature on the journey to creating landmark projects that reflect the spirit of the era.
